Aaron Acklin

Owner, Head Coach
Aaron is a Modern Samurai Project endorsed instructor, an IDPA Carry Optics Expert, and a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. He is the owner of Centra Performance and Aaron’s Gun Cabinet, providing quality training and FFL services to the Central Arkansas region.
Erik Bruckman

Performance Shooting Coach
Erik is a USPSA and IDPA Master, the 2024 Arkansas USPSA Carry Optics State Champion, and the 2025 USPSA PCC State Champion. He also owns Better Marksman, a private training company and YouTube channel.
Zachary Petrey

Tactical, Medical, and Digital Infrastructure Training
Zachary is a Marine veteran, active duty firefighter, and instructor at Centra Performance. He specializes in tactical training for fireteam/squad sized elements and instruction on the usage of radios for civilian disaster response.
